CYLINDERS

Hydraulic cylinders with wear rings on glands and pistons for extended life.
All cylinders are made of heavy wali steel tubing. Induction hardened cylinder rods
have heavy chrome plating.
Main boom: twin 6-1/2" x 56" (165 mm x 1422 mm) with 4" (102 mm) rods.

POWER SOURCE

Cummins M-11 315 HP (235 kw) @ 1800 RPM, six cylinder in-line, four cycle.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

160 gallon (606 L) hydraulic reservoir with both suction and return line filters
mounted for easy serviceability.
Control valves: with Servo activated valves.
Pumps: Three variable displacement piston and two fixed displacement pumps
produce 265 GPM (1003 Umin) up to rated engine HP (kw) for fast boom speeds
and simultaneous operation of all functions.
Heavy-wall tubing and multi-wire braided hose throughout system.
Main system operating pressure4500 PSI (31,000 KPA).
Hydraulic systems pressure check panel with diagnostic couplers.
Rotary manifold for continuous rotation.

SWING SYSTEM

Continuous rotation on 72.5" (1842 mm) turntable bearing.
Swing speed 6.5 RPM.
Power transmitted by dual planetary gearboxes.
Inside cab manual turntable greasing system.
4,250 PSI (29,000 (KPa) operating pressure.
